Portola Coffee Lab. I've been wanting to go here for awhile. These people are extremely dedicated to coffee, far beyond their day jobs. Most of the staff had just gotten back from a week long coffee camping trip where a bunch of hardcore coffee nerds get together and set up workshops in the middle of the woods solely to nerd out on coffee. Don't knock it. It's super cool that these people keep a close tie to something they're so passionate about and are lucky enough to have it be their day job.
It was Bruxie's year anniversary. These people really know how to bang out a waffle with style and culinary divinity.
